internet is provided. gas, electricity and water will be shared. please note that the home has solar panels so electricity is kept fairly low. There is a granny flat also on the property that shares electricity, it has its own meter. Gas bill is divided amongst those living in the house, but I will pay service fee so that occupants only pay for their consumption.
