Easy-going, tidy home with a big backyard, entertainment area, workshop and shed. The yard is fully enclosed - great for children or dogs. I’m away most weekdays, so you’ll often have the place to yourselves - ideal for a couple.
There are three rooms in total - I only use one occasionally, so the extra room can be set up as an office or second bedroom.
Great location - about a 7-minute walk to Bodalla Dairy and the pub, 10 minutes to Bodalla Primary, the bowling club and brewery, and around a 10-minute drive to the beach. Narooma and Moruya are both under 20 minutes away.
