I’m renting out one bedroom with built in wardrobe in my house. You will have access to a shared bathroom and toilet with one other female housemate , your own pantry and sharing a full-sized fridge as well as full access to the good-sized kitchen. There is air conditioning, ducted heating, NBN broadband, off street parking, walking distance to local shops and close to Googong Dam which offers great walks, it's a very peaceful area with very little traffic. This is a ladies only house.
