Looking for a friendly, easygoing single professional to share a 3 bedroom house with me (37F) and my little dog (jack russell x maltese). Im single, neat, easy to get on with and I love a laugh.

Looking for someone who wants that extra space but not live alone, communicates well and is ok with dogs (well preferrably more than ok!).

Rent includes 2 bedrooms, plus a chillout space in the garage.

Shared bathroom, but separate toilet, and should be no issue if we both pitch in and communicate.

Ducted gas heating, central evaporative cooling, large yard with fruit trees (gardner included), dishwasher, rent is plus shared bills and internet.

Happy to consider pets but must get along well with my doggo and note there is no doggie door.

Smoking outside only.

I work from home 2 days per week and am in the office for 3 (flexible) and I am very quiet, clean and considerate.

Off-street parking. House is mostly furnished other than the rooms for rent (please message me for details).
