There’s two communal sitting rooms, one of which has a large sofa and tv and the other a fireplace & study desk with two lounge chairs too. There’s a shared bathroom and a spacious kitchen/ dinning room. Along with the back porch, there is another patio & the back garden is big enough for two dogs to run around as previously had two reside there. There’s also a nice front garden too with enough area on driveway for two cars to park in addition to being able to park an additional two on grass front, not including being able to park on side of road.

About the occupants
Hello, myself & my housemate and friend are currently looking for housemates. We’re both pretty chill when it comes to people and have a range of hobbies amongst each other such as cosplay, crafts, sports and arts to name a few.
Description of pets
I own a grey tabby kitten named Conan who’s playful and mischievous and loves playing fetch but if chilling with a blanket and after getting used to new people (he’s shy to new people) he doesn’t mind curling up for cuddles, especially if food is involved as loves to eat. My housemate owns a black Cat named Salem, he is super chill and affectionate but sometimes likes keeping to himself and sunbathing on a sofa, between the two he’s the more relaxed one. I also own a kelpie called Coffee whos both a big human person but also likes other dogs and used to live with another dog for years but he recently moved with his owner out of state. She likes playing fetch and relaxing in addition to being quite as she’s much older.
