Hi, we are a couple living in a brand new 2.5 bedroom apartment in the Archibald project, Gosford.

There are 3 people living in total, and we are offering a second private bedroom in a clean, quiet, and well-maintained home.

The apartment is conveniently located close to Gosford Hospital, the new Newcastle University campus, restaurants, cafes, and Gosford train station. Residents also have access to the swimming pool and building facilities. The complex itself has many restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy.

The household is calm, respectful, and family-oriented with a healthy lifestyle. We do not allow smoking, drugs, or house parties at home. We also have a friendly cat and dog in the home 🐶🐱
