Looking for a roomate to join our sharehouse. Renting out the downstairs master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This room is more suited for couples wanting to split the rental cost or for those who require their own seperate entrance to the house and more space. Also perfect for those who work from home.
The house has 4 upstairs bedrooms (all rented out) and 1 downstairs master bedroom.
With shared kitchen, tea room, living room, garden and pool. Upstairs barthoom is shared amongst the single bedrooms and the down stairs master has it's own ensuite.
House is located 5 minutes drive from Wyong station and 10 minutes off from the M1 motorway. With a large 2 car garage + driveway space for parking.
Large backyard and front yard with pool, fenced off from the street and neighbouring houses that create a peaceful and quiet space.
Close to local shopping centre, bus stops and train station.
20 minutes drive from Wyong Hospital.

Looking for roommates closer to our age (18-25 year olds).
We are all pretty quiet, chill and clean. A little bit of a geek, love to hang out on days off and have a drink occasionally by the pool or fire pit.
All of us are shift workers so you'll notice people coming and going at odd hours but we keep it respectfully quiet for others that are sleeping during the day or night.
We love to do family dinner style whenever we can and take turns cooking and cleaning. All are very socialable and love to hang out and have a drink occationally with game nights and movie nights.
Full respect those who never want to be seen and live on their own pretty much within a shared house hold.
I don't hold many house rules apart from the basics of tidy up after yourself and respect the shared spaces but the biggest one is no pork products cooked or stored in the house.
There is currently my German shepard that stays outside in the backyard, acts both as a guard dog but also love to be around people.
