Description of the home
This is a 3 bedroom house, with a driveway and garage (that can’t be used to store a car but can be used for storage) it features a sun room, living room and kitchen, a large back lawn, and a pool. We do have NBN. As well as air conditioning. If we end up having 3 of us living here, the rent per room will be lower - looking for someone as soon as possible as my current housemate will be moving out :)
Short walk to the Wyong train station, and very close to wyongs shopping village - as well as a short drive to Tuggerah - bus stops are nearby as well
