Our beautiful home is perfectly located in a safe, leafy and sought-after area just 5 minutes from the beach and not far from the city centre of Darwin. Public transport is very close by, making it easy to get around.
We have a very large rental room with its own private balcony, plus access to a huge swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The house is ideally situated near the famous Mindil Beach Sunset Market and Parap Village Markets, with plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and an IGA nearby.
We’re looking for animal lovers, as our home is shared with cats and dogs, so being comfortable around animals is essential.
A wonderful home in a fantastic location for someone who enjoys the beach lifestyle, local markets, and a relaxed community vibe.

We have x3 beautiful girls who stay with us every other week.
We are animal lovers and currently have cats, dogs and a snake :-)
Both working in the animal industry.
