The available bedroom is spacious with built-in robes, plenty of natural light, and its own Ethernet point — ideal if you work from home or need a stable internet connection. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The house has an open-plan living and kitchen area, split-system air con, and a two-car garage with space for storage or parking.
The place comes fully equipped with all the appliances you’d need — including a fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and more — so you can move straight in. We’ve also got solar panels installed, which help keep the power bills down.

Hey! We’re two working guys in our mid-to-late 20s (25 and 28), looking for someone easygoing to join us.
We both do shift work and pick up odd jobs, so we’re on different schedules most of the time. While we’re friendly and easy to get along with, we tend to do our own thing and respect each other’s space. It’s not a party house, but we’re always up for a chat when we cross paths in the kitchen or lounge.
The place is pet-free at the moment, but has had a cat live here comfortably in the past, so we’re open-minded depending on the pet. That said, smoking’s a deal breaker for us.
