Seeking single to join myself on lease subject to the owners agreement. Need name on lease asap to commence renting anytime between 21 Jan - 25 Feb for 6 months min. Rent can include bills or upon negotiation. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. Only one bedroom / single agreement is available. Spare bedroom can be used as your study/ wfh. My two year old will be living in week on / week off in one of the 4 bedrooms. There are four living areas in the house also, so plenty of room. Move in date can be as late as end of February but would require signature on lease by late January. Would suit professional relocating to Geelong for work or Deakin student.
