Welcome to our Student shared house :)
The place is a clean and spacious house located in a family neighborhood with one car spot and plenty of free on street parking available; is close to Harbour town shopping Centre, Griffith university hospital, Helensvale train station and Broadwater.

If you consider yourself tidy, clean, respectful and responsible please send me a message. Ideally, I am looking for someone who works/study full time and is looking for a peaceful place to live. (Is definitely not a party house)
At moment we have 4-bedrooms fully furnished available:
1 spacious master bedroom with private bathroom, closet and access to the backyard (for couples/or single)
2 private bedrooms (single) + shared bathroom
1private bedroom (a converted garage with lockers/ wardrobe, sofa/mini fridge (couple or single) + shared bathroom

Every bedrooms are equipped with drawers and queen size beds + plenty of storage space.
In addition, the house has a lovely backyard , aircon and laundry room.
