I have just moved into this lovely duplex home which is located in a quiet complex, I'm looking for an amazing flatmate to share this space with myself and my dog Freya.
You'll have the use of 2 pools and a tennis court, outside patio area with a tropical garden.

Bills and expenses
Instead of splitting bills I prefer to charge a set amount each week which covers, power, internet, water, cleaning products, toilet paper. If the power bills come in high we might have to review the weekly amount.
I'm considering getting a monthly cleaner which would be an additional cost but we can discuss that.

Freya is a very loving rescue, she absolutely adores people and will greet you at the front door with a toy every time you come home. She loves cuddles, snacks, fetch and swimming.
