Only able to have a human roomie- I get allergies to some fur kids, so I won’t be able to have a housemate with 4-legged besties needing a room. Sorry, I know fur kids are super companions and sometimes I wish I could!
About the complex, it’s a 10-15 minute walk to harbourtown where bus interchange can connect you to most of Gold Coast and Brisbane public transport services. In secure gated complex with tennis court and pool. Parking for one car is available. I work full time Monday to Friday and have my 15yo son stay with me alternating weekends, so he’d use the same bathroom as you when he’s over. Other than showering for way too long he’d only use the toilet as needed otherwise it’s your bathroom. Can provide furniture if required though also just as easily leave unfurnished. Weekly rent is not inclusive of bills (electricity, nbn and water). Happy to discuss further details, open to negotiation with the right person.
