Master bedroom available in a two bedroom recently renovated apartment in Broadbeach close to all amenities and a five minute walk to the beach. The apartment is one of five in a newly completely renovated two story building in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We are all friends and it's a great community. Share living areas and bathroom. I'm a clean freak so you would need to be too. The rent is $450.00 per week plus $1,000.00 bond. Looking for a single female preferably. Unfurnished except for king sized bed. If the ad is up it's still available.
