Hi. My name's Phillip, I'm a fourth year medical student at Griffith. Due to obtaining some placements in Brisbane this year I'm looking to find someone to take over my place in a two bedroom unit in Broadbeach.

You would be living with my current roommate. He's 24 years old and is going in to his second year of medicine at Griffith. He's clean, tidy and enjoys health and fitness. Looking for someone who's respectful of personal space but also happy to have a chat.

Lease runs until September 2019.

The unit is in a very convenient location in Broadbeach. It's a 3 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the tram and Oasis shopping centre.

The apartment is already fully furnished and has air conditioning in the living room. The bedroom can be furnished if you'd prefer. Laundry, including washer and dryer is available for use. Kitchen includes dishwasher and microwave.

Internet is also already installed.
