Minimum stay 3 months with a month notice to vacate!!! The house has a great chilled vibe on top of the hill. Always well maintained and tidy.
It has spacious rooms, shared areas and a beautiful backyard with mountain views which is a great spot for social catch ups, morning meditations or just to relax listening to the nature.
It is well located 2 min away from the M1 and local shops, gyms, coles, woolies, aldi and etc.
It is the perfect quite place if you are looking for a cozy relaxed home to recharge and feel comfortable through your routine with friendly flatmates.

Feel free to use my appliances with if you break you replace policy.
