Description of the home

3 bedroom house sharing with myself, my 2 year old daughter and 5 year old son. Beautiful big bathroom which will be shared. I have an ensuite but the kids will use the main bathroom from time to time and obviously if visitors come over as that bathroom has the main toilet in it. Big open planned house, lots of kitchen space. There is minimal storage. A little bit above the wardrobe. You must bring your own bedroom furniture. I’ve got everything else. We don’t use the aircon much so if you are a hot sleeper please don’t apply as I don’t want the aircon running 24/7.

I also don’t use my dryer much, only when really needed. Beautiful backyard with so much sunlight. Lovely quiet street, 10 min walk to Kirra beach, cafes and restaurants.

I’m 41, single and have 2 young children. I work from home full time so I need quiet through the day. I am looking for someone who is great with kids, doesn’t mind a little bit of chaos every now and again. They are good kids but they are kids so they are not super quiet all the time. They are good sleepers. We usually get up around 5.30/6am each morning for the day and leave by 7. Then kids are home around 4.30 in the arvo.

You must be good with kids, clean, tidy, respectful, no parties. Cannot bring heaps of friends over clearly as I have kids. It’s a home not a party house.
