I have aircon in the loungeroom only. This is a serviced room, includes all bills, room serviced once a week, all cleaning in bathroom and toi;et done, all dishes done for you, i even throw in the toilet paper. For what you get, great value, and works well for busy people.

This is an older style building and my home is best decribed as "Chill old school Boheme". Most of my unit is modern with the kitchen still needing "a little love" however, always clean.There is NO EXTRA for bill, ALL INCLUSIVE I am 2.1km from Sothern Cross Uni and the airport with Tugun main street with cafes and shops 500 meters. There is public transport each dirction withing 200 meters. The units are dirctly beach front with a walkway.

The price is for a serviced room, this means once a week I change your bed linen for fresh launded linen and vacume the floor and empty your bin a do all the glass, I also clean all the bathroom and toilet through the week and yes, I even do ALL the dishes. This is classified as a serviced room. $480 per week for a single occupant in the room [preferred]. I do couples in the room under certain circumstances for $560 per week.
