Furnished with a double bed, desk and shelf, a generous sized bedroom with beautiful creek views. We have alternative furnishings if the current ones done suit! The main bathroom is primarily yours, aside from guests - as we have a separate ensuite. We are a busy, positive and at times loud family - you must be okay with kids and a young Cavoodle dog! Would suit a relaxed, respectful, clean & proactive person, the room is $270 p/w plus bills. Bond 2 weeks. Available medium to short-term.

We are a busy family of three, myself - I run a pottery business from home and teach part-time. My children attend school and are polite and considerate. We like to go to the markets, the beach and have our meals on the porch - and as the weather gets warmer the usual outdoor activites - canoeing or fishing etc. We do like to have friends over for meals, with the occasional guitar and singing.
