Description of the home

I’m looking for a mature person for the bedrooms which will be available soon. This is a two story townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms house. I use my ensuite. You’ll share the bathroom with other 2 housemates. Jessy is a nice and kind girl, full-time student and works part time, she is quiet and considerate, not an early bird. Danelia does two jobs, busy but easy to get along with, she gets up early. Shared area and room all furnished.

There is a communal pool, BBQ lock up gates in the complex, safe and quiet. You get to spot some kangaroos in the backyard sometimes . Shops less than 2 kms away. There is a bus stop outside, check 718 bus if you need public transport.

I’m an easygoing, clean, organised, and respectful. I'm non-smoker, no pets, no drugs, and I except the same of you.
