Description of the home
Comfortable home close to Griffith uni and Gold Coast Uni hospital, M1, train station, light rail and Westfield shopping centre, Helensvale Plaza and Helensvale library. Home has lounge and enclosed outdoor area. You have the third bedroom as your own tv/chill out room if you choose. It becomes the guest you if you or I have a visitor staying. The house backs onto the railway line but the train isn’t loud and it’s gone in 7 seconds. Small yard and garden that I am working on beautifying. Have a friendly outside dog, a border collie who is an old girl. The rent includes bills internet and I have Netflix and prime.

Most of the neighbours are nice and there’s lots of bush corridors so you can hear koalas at night occasionally, there are roos closer to the lake around the corner and there’s lots of bird life.
I’m an early to bed early to rise person. I’m social but also like doing my own thing. I’m vegetarian but don’t mind if you aren’t. Happy to share cooking and you can add meat to yours if you like. I’ve shared with others who just cook for themselves, all good, different shelves in the fridge and pantry.
Weekends see me out and about, often with the dog to the beach, bush or friend’s places. I go to gym occasionally and like the odd pushbike ride and bush walk. And love to read in bed in the holidays!

I’m a neat n tidy freak, so would prefer if you are too. I’m happy to do the garden and mowing but if you want to take turns, great. Like someone who has a chat, is friendly and will sit down to eat together sometimes. Happy for you to bring people over, it’s your place too, just let me know in advance so I can make plans.
Description of pets
Tosca is an 11 year old border collie. She adores people being around and loves it if you kick a soccer ball around or throw her toy to chase. She is an outside dog and is the goddess of thunder, she tries to chase the thunder claps. She is not much of a barker, which I have studiously fostered.
