Description of the home

Room available for rent in Hope Island! This fantastic location is close to the shops, restaurants, cafes, parks, public transport, and just a short stroll to the water.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs. If furnished, the room includes a queen-sized bed, bedside tables, and a lamp. It has a mirrored double built-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan, a tv point and still plenty of space to move around.

The spacious bathroom will be shared with just one other person and features a large bathtub, a generous shower, a basin, and a toilet. Additionally, there’s a separate second toilet for convenience.

I’m looking for someone who’s preferably pet free and a non-smoker. However will consider all enquiries to find the right fit. Off street parking is available.

There is a furnished outdoor courtyard and BBQ area available and a lovely walking track around the water.

Rent is $320 per week with 2 weeks bond upfront. Internet, electricity, gas, Netflix, and water are all included. (Unless usage is excessive)
