Room for rent in 3yo townhouse, Hope Island.
Living with 2 housemates, a uni student and work full time in aged care. Other will be moving in around the same as time, a high school teacher. There is street parking. 2 minutes from shops. 10 minutes from train station. House is only 3 years old and one of the housemates has been there since build.
Currently have a 6 month lease from 23rd of August, which we can discuss what we would like to do ongoing after this. Current girl living in the room may be able to move out a little early if necessary.
Rent $285 per week.

Bills and expenses
Gas and water quarterly, electricity and wifi monthly. Currently shopping around for a new wifi so cannot give price at the moment. Gas, water and electricity all work out to about $50 a month depending on usage.
