Offering one bedroom in a four bedroom house. Built in wardrobe, bathroom would be shared with my retired father. The house has been fully renovated within the last 5 years in the sort after Riverstone Crossing Estate, Maudsland. 42 hectares of land, including tennis courts, basketball hoop, swimming pools, gym, sauna and The Riverhouse (Entertainment / social meeting place). Helensvale and the motorway is a ten minute drive at peak traffic times.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Aircon in main lounge room. Kitchen / Lounge and bedrooms separated by barn door for privacy.

Prefer a male who is an animal lover as you will be living with a large dog, medium dog and a cat.

I am a full time professional and currently work in the office five days a week.
