One bedroom available in a 3-BR town house. The room can be unfurnished or furnished for an extra $10 per week with a double bed, bedside table, tall boy, a large mirrored built-in wardrobe plus large window facing east. Toilet and bathroom are separate, but shared with one housemate.

The house is a new 3 story town house in Southport. It is very central but on a dead end road just off the busy street, so it's very quiet.

We are the first tenants in this townhouse, so it’s brand new with lots of storage, we have all the essentials for that home-cinema experience: a projector, a big couch, as well as shared Netflix and Stan accounts.

We have unlimited NBN which we split three ways. We all transfer $20 per week into a shared account, from which we pay any house-related bills (electricity, internet, etc.).
