G'day legends, I have a room to rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse in the awesome Chamonix resort complex at Mermaid Beach. The complex has a beautiful pool, heated spa, sauna, and gym. It is a short walk to the beach, and also just across the road from the Nobby Beach cafes, restaurants, and night life.
The townhouse is fully furnished and fully equipped, it has one main bathroom and two half bathrooms, a cute garden patio, and a thriving herb garden.
