G'day legends, I have a room to rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse in the awesome Chamonix resort complex at Mermaid Beach. The complex has a beautiful pool, heated spa, sauna, and gym. It is 100m from the Nobby Beach tram stop, a short walk to the beach, and just across the road from the Nobby Beach cafes, restaurants, and night life.
The townhouse is fully furnished and fully equipped, it has one main bathroom and two half bathrooms, a cute garden patio, and a thriving herb garden.
Aircons are in the process of being installed.

+$30 / wk - cleaner + gardener
+$50 / wk - internet, power, and water
