Great location, very easy access to the m1, shopping centre and supermarkets are close by and only 10 mins to the beach.
The bedroom is a spacious room with a/c, ceiling fan, lights on a dimmer switch, walk in robe and en suite.
Me and my partner are currently in this room and we have off street parking for both of our cars and plenty of storage space in the garage.
The house has plenty of space a nice outdoor area with a good garden bed, a hammock and a bbq.
The lounge is great for watching movies
the dining room has a pool table if that is your thing

I am 33 from England and work as an electrician. The 2 remaining house mates are very easy going and in there early 30s. One is an architect and the other a warehouse operative.
We have good blend of own space and privacy whilst also being cool to chat with. since 2022 it has been me and the architect living here. In this time we have had a couple, females and males and people with pets and they have all been fine and we have stayed in contact with all of them.

I never planned on leaving but i have been offered an opportunity i cannot refuse interstate and i have to relocate.
