My name is Kathleen, I’m 30 years old and currently working full-time as a childcare teacher in Mermaid Beach. I love my job and take great pride in being responsible, organised, and caring—qualities I also bring into my home life. I’m clean, tidy, and always make sure my living space is well cared for. I have an excellent credit score and a strong history of paying rent and bills on time.
I’ll be moving into the property with my partner, Paul (38 years old), who works in debt collections and has a strong passion for finance. He’s reliable, financially responsible, and also has a solid rental history. Paul is moving from Upper Coomera to be closer to work and to join me in this new chapter. He’s very house-proud, regularly maintained the yard and kept his previous home clean and in great condition.
We’re both friendly and community-minded people who value being good neighbours. We believe in contributing positively to the neighbourhood and looking out for those around us. I occasionally volunteer at Lifeline Retail on Saturdays where I currently live, and enjoy being part of a supportive community.
Paul also forms positive and healthy relationships with his neighbours. In his current neighbourhood, he kept an eye out for his elderly neighbour and was even on call one night when the neighbour had a fall—he rang Paul for help, and Paul went over to assist immediately.
Together, we’re looking for a place we can treat as a long-term home. We would take excellent care of the property and be respectful, responsible tenants who are a positive addition to the local community.
Thank you for considering our application.
Financialy responsible.
And interested in being friends/friendly with flatmates as well as respecting your space.
I am a non-smoker.
My shifts for work change each week, I can be working anytime from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. I have Saturday, Sunday off.
Boston was originally Paul’s pet and is now a much-loved member of the household. He’s a small, friendly, and well-behaved cat who gets along wonderfully with people, other cats, and even dogs. Boston is fully litter trained and always uses his kitty litter without issue.
Affectionate and easygoing, Boston enjoys curling up in your lap, gazing out the window, playing with his toys, and, of course, receiving plenty of pats. He’s a gentle presence in the home, and visitors are always welcome to give him a friendly scratch.
