This is a huge 4 bedroom house. We like to call it our sanctuary.
The house comes with me (female) and another house mate (male).
There is one spare bedroom which we keep spare for guests.
Ideally we are looking for one person only (sorry no couples as the room is too squishy for two people) to move in asap.
The bedroom is unfurnished (although the pics have furniture in there, the previous housemate is currently moving out)
There is a gym 7 minutes drive from here, Woolies about 2 mins away and Burleigh Beach is 15 mins drive.
Our previous housemate had a dog, so the landlord is open to having a pet here.. so long as we ask for permission.

Bills and expenses
Electricity, water and internet is $50 per week.
We have set up a bills account and pay $50 each per week. Once the bills arrive, this is debited from the account so there isn’t a suprise extra expense to pay when bills arrive.

I’m Heather, one of the awesome flat mates in this home, looking for an equally awesome flat mate to join the santuary of our home.
I am a full time business student at TAFE, and also run my own fashion manufacturing business.
When I’m not at school, I’m working from home or studying, doing assignments, going to the gym, trying to eat healthy, have a life and all of these unrealistic expectations of what your life should be.
I have relocated from Sydney 6 months ago, so still need a gps to find my way around the Goldy.
I am an extremely busy person so my home is my sanctuary and my busy mind/life = clean and tidy home to be able to function as a normal human being.
I am a social person, love a wine or two, but I don’t get lit every weekend (As much as I’d love to).
