On site facilities include a large pool, entertainment area, bbq, and outdoor shower available for use by all tenants until 9pm each night.

The home includes a large open plan living area with seating for five and well-equipt kitchen with stone benchtops, comfortable lounges, a new 65" smart TV with Netflix, and a 6 person dining table.

Upstairs includes your room, an additional living area with seating for five, the main bath/laundry, and a spare room for guests (guests are welcome with reasonable notice).

Your bedroom includes a queen sized bed with comfortable pillow top mattress (own linen required), and a full-length double hanging wardrobe.

Internet is included in the rent and is the highest speed fibre-optic available (100/40).

Lease signing is required, however I am happy to release you with 14 days notice.

Price advertised is all inclusive, no extra required for bills.
