There’s a lovely outdoor area with a dining table set under a shaded pergola, perfect for meals or a cup of tea in the fresh air. The backyard also includes a pool, ideal for cooling off on warm days or simply enjoying a peaceful swim.
The available room comes with access to the main bathroom, which you’ll have to yourself, as I use the ensuite in my bedroom.
While the garage is occupied by my car, there’s convenient on-street parking available right out front. The home has a calm, welcoming feel, making it a pleasant and peaceful place to live.

I’d like to rent out a room, including your own bathroom, at a very reasonable rate in exchange for some help with my dog and chores. This includes taking her out once a day for about half an hour, lifting her in and out of the house (there’s one step she can’t manage anymore—though she sometimes gets herself inside), preparing her food, and making sure she eats three meals a day (usually fresh mince or chicken).
There are also a few light household chores I need help with, such as putting the bins in and out, hosing down the bins, keeping the fridge drawers clean, occasional shopping, helping me bring in heavy groceries from the car, and sometimes hanging out the laundry (though I mostly do that myself). In general, just helping keep the place tidy.
I'm looking for a female who is easy-going, definitely a non-smoker, trustworthy, a good communicator, and has a warm, friendly, and caring disposition. Ideally, you wouldn’t be working full-time—so a part-time worker, student, or someone semi-retired might be a great fit so you have time for the help around the house. It’s essential that you like dogs and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
My home is in Robina, a quiet, leafy suburb with several walking tracks nearby. I'm 10 minutes from Robina Town Centre and the Q Super Centre, and 15 minutes from the beach.
