The room is fully furnished with a brand new Queen bed in the room. Comes with an extra fold out sofa bed and/or study desk (your choice). Room is air conditioned, spacious, wth large wardrobe. Large main bathroom and toilet. Nice lounge area, with huge TV and tidy kitchen. Sharing house with one male and nice dog. Very quite, respectful, professional who is mature and understanding. Bills are split evenly.

It is close to the river, so it is in a nice quiet area away from all the hustle and bustle, but closer enough to walk down to it if you wish. 5 mins walk to the beach and all the shops/restaurants. Surrounded by greenery, parks and nature.
