A quick heads up: I'm quite clean and take pride in keeping the house looking lovely. While we understand that homes are meant to be lived in, it's important to find a flatmate who shares the same balance of easygoing vibes while also appreciating the preference for keeping things pretty neat and tidy.
Our second flatty is male and in his late 30s. He is super chill, friendly, and really fun to be around— when he's home, that is! His work schedule is fairly maxed out, and he works away often.

Oh yeah! My non-shedding Cavoodle, Mack, lives here. So animal lovers are a must :) He goes to daycare three days a week, but I genuinely doubt anyone would mind kicking it with a ridiculously cute, real-life teddy bear.
