It’s an older style apartment block located on Tugun beach front.
The room is a little room off the lounge that we have made for someone who is travelling and only really has clothes and no furniture. You would be sharing with with one female fifo working who is away 3 weeks at a time home for one week and one one male who works full time and is also away a lot and a cat. You have to go likes cats The location is incredible. You walk across one path before your feet touch the sand
If you don’t appreciate the ocean, this is not the place for you.

About occupants
We are two easy going people who share this fabulous ground floor apartment. Melina works away 3 weeks at a time and I work full time and are also away a lot and we have a cat that would need feeding when we are away. We are not a couple. The room that’s available is a little room off the lounge room that we have made with curtains for some privacy. Neither of us use the lounge so it would basically be yours. The location is one of the best of the Gold Coast. Would suit a traveller or someone who is looking for temporary accommodation.
Compatible people
We are looking for a female traveller or someone similar who doesn’t have lots of belongings and doesn’t require much space. Someone who likes cats and can be sociable with us when we are here. You can smoke outside no problem. We need someone who is clean and keep their area clean plus the kitchen. All bills included. Electricity and Wifi
