Hi, I am a 24 years old Male, I’ve bought myself a 2-bedroom apartment that I live in and have a second room available. The apartment does have it's own lock up garage. I work in construction, so I'm out of the apartment early morning and back usually mid to late afternoon. There are 2 visitor parking areas or street parking if those are full.

The apartment is located in Tugun 4224 Qld, Southern Cross university is a 10-minute drive away for the apartment, the beach 6 minutes away. There are shops, food, fast food, fuel station, cafes 6 minutes away. There is a bus stop located about 150 meters from the apartment. It's fully furnished and the second room includes a built-in robe, desk, bed, will have a ceiling fan/light installed soon, aircon in the living room, bathroom/laundry has a washer and dryer, bath and shower, kitchen has all appliances including dishwasher.
