This room is a serviced medium size room, and is very clean and comfortable, all bills inclusive including internet. The bathroom has washing machine and dryer, shower and also bath.
Room suits a single or couple.
The service componant consists of: I will change your bed linnen once a week with fresh launded linnen, vacume and empty the bin, Clean the bathroom and toilet, and I will do all the dishes and maintain the kitchen. [i was doing it anyway, ha]
The unit is mainly modern, the kitchen is dated with some aspects needs a little "love" however is transforming into a funky open space plywood hipster cafe look, however always clean.
The balcony looks over the surf.
I am a writer and into the arts, so this space is "Boheme organic chill"

Description of the home

I live right on the beach at Tugun. I have a very homely chilled-out space in a modest home. The bathroom is modern and refurbished and the kitchen is clean and functional. You can see the surf from the balcony and the beach is right at the end of the building. I have all you can use WiFi. The living and dining space is modern, and my furniture is funky and eclectic. I am a writer and love the arts. The aircon is in the lounge room only. The rent covers all your power, water, and wifi, also I supply toilet paper. I clean the bathroom and toilet and yes, I do all the dishes.

The bus stops at 100 meters each direction, Southern Cross Uni, and Gold Coast Airport 2k. Tugun Village which has all you need for food and at least 10 great cafes is 2 blocks away.

The terms are very relaxed and friendly with only one week's notice required. and rent is only one week in advance.
