Nice bedroom available for young working guy or student. Boys house only and more like a home stay atmosphere than a share house. The room is small to medium sized but has a large, private under cover veranda with a nice view attached for your use.
This is the kind of house that you dont need to be in your room, we have the lounge room, large tv and large under cover verandas, and garden. Good wifi through out, privacy when you need it, 2 toilets, nice bathroom and nice respectful house mates.
All sheets and towels supplied. For entertainment we have Prime, Netflix and Disney.
A car is desirable but it may be workable if you dont have to go out every day and we can cooperate with lifts to the bus stop.
Someone respectful, polite, clean and tidy who can help out a little when asked would be great to have around. Race and LGBTI friendly. No drugs or smokers please. The room is for one person only.
Just 5 mins to Coles, 10 mins to Oxenford, 15 mins to Helensvale or Coomera stations.
