Large Queen-sized bedroom, with a built-in wardrobe in a large 5-bedroom house in Upper Coomera. The room is unfurnished, ready for your own furniture.
The furnished room pictured is the spare room, which is slightly smaller than the one we are offering. The bed is a queen, so you can see the size.
Very easy access to the motorway North and South, beautiful pool and deck, close to parklands and a lake for walks and morning coffee. All bills are included in the rent, including internet and pool chemicals. Use of all facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful dining area, outside seating areas and a pool to enjoy.

The house will be shared with me and one other person, so plenty of space to enjoy, bathroom shared with 1 mature age female.

$350/week includes bills and internet. 2 weeks rent in advance and to stay 2 weeks in advance, 4 weeks bond (will be lodged with RTA). 2 small dogs in residence, so must like dogs, unfortunately, we cannot have any other animals.
