Looking for a friendly housemate/couple to rent one bedroom in a four bedroom home with inground pool. This home overlooks the Eli Creek in a quiet location, and is close to the Eli Waters shopping centre and the Hervey Bay Hospital.

Housemate would be sharing the home with the owner (male 56yrs) and his child (who lives there every second week)
At present there is also a very quite couple very respectful of the house, clean and friendly living in the house
Home is very big and space are sufficiently big for 3/4 people living together
In the last months was 3 couple living together and was absolutely fine
Looking for a non smoker preferably, but a smoker (outside) is ok. The rent is $360 per week single or $420 per wk couple, this includes electricity, gas, internet and water, everything .
You would have your a shared bathroom and toilet shared with a couple at the moment . The backyard is fully fenced.

The room and house comes furnished (room for rent contains a queen size bed with large built-in wardrobe. The entire house has been recently renovated with new timber vinyl flooring, painted throughout and new venetian blinds. The home is designed to accommodate two separate living quarters centered around the kitchen as a 'hub', with two bedrooms, a bathroom/toilet and a sunroom comprised of a media room (65inch Smart TV) with dining area toward the back of the house, and the owners two bedrooms, loungeroom and ensuite at the front of the house, with a sliding dividing wall between for extra privacy. An inground pool with gazebo borders the Eli Creek. Parking available outside in the front yard (mid to large area)
