The house is an older 4 bedroom house located in a quiet pocket in Urraween. It is a 5min drive to Stocklands shopping center, a 10min drive to the Esplanade, a 2min drive to Hervey Bay and St Stephen’s Hospitals, and a 5min walk to where there is limited public transport.
The house is fully furnished and equipped. It has ceiling fans and ducted reverse cycle aircon throughout. The garage has been converted to a gym with a cable combo machine and weights. There is a covered outdoor area and big fenced yard.
One queen size bedroom is available for rent.
