Description of the home

The house is an older 4 bedroom house located in a quiet pocket in Urraween. It is a 5min drive to Stocklands shopping center, a 10min drive to the Esplanade, a 2min drive to Hervey Bay and St Stephen’s Hospitals, and a 5min walk to where there is limited public transport.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with ceiling fans, ducted reverse cycle aircon throughout. The garage has been converted to a gym with a cable combo machine and weights. There is a covered outdoor area and big fenced yard.

Two bedrooms are available for rent. One has a queen bed, the other has a double bed and comes with its own tv. (Currently still furnishing the double bedroom.)

The kitchen and bathroom are original. The owner is progressively doing home improvements.
