Situated in West Moonah and 10 minute walk to the Springfield Metro bus terminal. Short walk to Main rd and West Moonah Shopping strip and Supermarket. Fantastic views of the Derwent Estuary and nice light filled place. Perfect for artist or creative type as there is also a garage under the house with plenty of storage. Just currently myself and two rescue dogs Stevie and Blossom. There is a 3rd room currently set up as office/ guest room. House is furnished expect vacant room. I have a washing machine too. Pretty quite around these parts at night and great views at night. Successful applicant will need to be vetted through the Real Estate and go on the lease. I have a lease active at the property till December 2026. One month of bond will need to be transferred for successful applicant. Room available from 02.03.26 and upon completion of real estate approval via application. Steven is a Jack Russell cross Pomeranian and is such a gentle and beautiful soul. He has had a rough start to life but is such a little chiller who loves pats and sitting on laps like a cat. He can be startled by car horns and likes to bark occasionally if he is unsure of who might have pulled up outside but is a total sweetheart.

Blossom is a miniature Staffy Cross Boston Terrier and loves nothing more than to be in peoples company. She loves pats also and butt scratches and just wants all the affection. She loves sleeping and hanging out with people in the house. She loves going on walks and both get walked daily by me.
