Only a few mins drive from all the Hunter Valley Vinyard and Wineries. You will have your own bathroom as well as a built-in wardrobe. The room is unfurnished, 3m by 3m (not including the wardrobe). There are 3 bedrooms (1 used as a guest room/ music room), two bathrooms as well as a large living area and fenced garden. Pets are negotiable, I have a small dog :)
