Dynamics:
You will be sharing with mature, independent, and respectful adults. Because of our schedules, the house is exceptionally quiet, offering you plenty of privacy and personal space:
Housemate 1: A relaxed, creative entrepreneur running a home-based business and an out-of-town shop. I am away 3 to 4 nights every week, meaning you will regularly have the house to yourself.

High value placed in independent routines and quiet time, but up for a warm, friendly chat when our paths cross.
Looking for a like-minded, mature, and responsible full-time worker who takes pride in keeping a clean, organized, and peaceful living environment.
Lifestyle:
This is a calm, drug-free, and respectful home. We’re NOT a party house and prefer a quiet sanctuary after work
.Smoking: Strictly outdoors only.
💰 Financials Terms:
Rent: Includes standard electricity and water utilities.
Bond Move-in:
4 weeks' bond plus 2 weeks' rent in advance.
Notice Period: 4 weeks' notice required by either party.
Optional Storage:
50% of a shared garden shed is available for an extra $10 per week.
Background Check:
A current police check is preferred, though not essential.
I have two friendly small dogs who are my constant companions. They travel with me for work, (my shadow) so they are only at the house when I am home (three nights a week). You will need to be genuinely comfortable around small dogs.
No other pets allowed.
