Home is open plan and airy. Lots of sun and large gardens front & back. Located 2 blocks from the beach bayside facing Red Hill on the Peninsula, <10 minutes drive into Cowes the local township and 10mins to Smiths Beach by car. There is a grocery store and gas station around the corner called The Anchorage that's open from 7am - 9at night each day.
The house is very chill with a good kitchen and excellent back patio. It' open plan and there is a Norseman Wood fireplace in the living room that roars for winter (need your own heating / cooling for the bedroom) and a near new washing machine in the laundry. Kitchen is fully equipped etc.. basically a long-term air bnb nut your welcome to BYO bedroom furniture.
