Looking for single (or couple) after a semi-furnished bedroom (double bed) and fully furnished house. Located 600 m from beach on the bayside (facing Red Hill / Peninsula) and 10 minutes drive to Cowes local township.

The property has lots of garden area and shade as well as natural light. Back patio with gas BBQ undercover for dinners and exercise area. Inside is fully equipped kitchen and laundry (no dryer), separate bathrooms, lounge/dining table and Norseman furnace for winter fire.

Looking for independent tenant happy to share a meal and able to keep their own re house keeping / cooking etc. Off-street parking in the drive.

Not needed to go on the lease but the option is there to take on the least from beginning of September!

Bills and expenses

Bills are divided evenly between tenants. Internet is on Tangerine and it's limitless nbn fiber optic to the house (ca. $A40/month), electricity is reasonable to cheap, and water is about $50 each billed quarterly.
