Description of the home

Residential half home. The other half of the house is a separate air bnb guest house. You will have access to the full kitchen, upstairs bedroom and bathroom. You need to be a quiet respectful person (s) for the air bnb however the rental price is fair because of this requirement. I'm hardly ever in the house as I'm away mountain biking most of the days, but I come back 6 to 10 weeks to do Repairs and Maintenance and to fix the garden.

You'll be expected to mow the lawns occasionally, keep the house tidy, and respect the neighbours and air BNB guests privacy etc. Just normal living really.

I have my own mini fridge, bedroom and separate bathroom options. You'll hardly see me when I'm there for an average of 6 days every 6 weeks or so.

I'm Simon, the property owner and a retiree who is mostly overseas. I'm very rarely in the house, just returning every 6 weeks or so to fix the garden and do repairs and maintenance. I guess I'm back about 3 to 4 days per monthaverage. I can provide you a schedule. I won't disturb you as I'm usually busy and have my own life. I have had Taiwanese, South American, American and others as medium term guests already so I'm used to the set up. Ideally it's really to those on 88 day visas and probably couples more so than singles. However, I've had all kinds 👍
Compatible people
I'm keen on quiet, stable people who respect the air BNB I run in the other half of the house and who will respect the neighbours and neighborhood. I prefer couples really, but singles are fine too if you're into the quiet hassle free life a bit. I do have push bikes available for use, but repairs are your responsibility. 🚴👍
