Description of the home

1 bedroom and own bathroom available now in Abbotsford. Sharing with gay couple (Australian and Colombian).

We both work full-time Monday to Friday. I work from home most days, and occasionally go to the office in the city. Prefer someone who is also working during the week, but not required. Please be tidy and considerate in keeping the kitchen and shared areas clean. Keen to socialise, share meals now and then, have a drink and explore the restaurants in the area, but also happy to give you space if needed.

Apartment facilities include indoor heated pool, sauna, gym, lounge/ media room, meeting room, cinema and virtual golf room. No parking available. However the 109 and 12 trams are very close (20 mins or so to the city). Bike storage available. Right by Yarra Bend parklands, and bikeways. Coles, Kmart, cinema and IKEA across the road.

The bedroom can include a bed if needed.
