Furnished apartment. Building facilities include indoor heated pool, sauna, gym, lounge/ media room, meeting room, cinema and virtual golf room. Parking not available.
The 109 and 12 trams are very close (20 mins or so to the city). Bike storage available. Right by Yarra Bend parklands, and bikeways. Coles, Kmart, cinema and IKEA across the road.
The bedroom includes a double bed if needed.
