We’re looking for someone to take over part of the lease and join our spacious, modern apartment.
The apartment is in a very nice, secure building with great facilities including a pool, gym, sauna and convenience store downstairs.
The location is super convenient, with Tram 12 and 109 stops right at the doorstep, providing easy access to the CBD. Coles, Kmart, IKEA and many other shops are within a 5-minute walk, with plenty of cafés, takeaway and restaurant options nearby.
The apartment itself is very spacious and filled with natural light, with a massive balcony that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining. You’ll have your own private bedroom, your own bathroom and a study corner, while sharing the apartment with another couple who live in the other bedroom.

We’re both easygoing, friendly and chilled. We enjoy going to the gym, cooking together on weekends, listening to music. We’re social when we feel like it, but we also understand the importance of having your own space and downtime.
We’re looking for someone who will feel at home here and make the place their own, rather than feeling like they’re simply renting a room. We’re happy to socialise together, share a meal or have a chat, but equally happy to give each other space — whatever works naturally.
We’re neat and tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and would expect the same from our housemate — basically cleaning up after yourself and doing your part to keep the home comfortable for everyone.
