We have a stunning 4-bedroom Victorian terrace, newly renovated and in excellent condition with all the mods of a new home in the heart of leafy Abbotsford, ready to share with you. The living space is homely, the kitchen is spacious and the back courtyard is a great little private oasis. We also have our very own veggie/herb garden 🪴

Your future room is situated on the ground floor. It’s a really spacious room and comes with wardrobe and chest of drawers if you would like them.

You will be well located to pretty much everywhere. It’s an awesome home base. Collingwood Station (300m), the Hive shops (500m), tram to the city in 10mins (600m), Yarra Bend Park (200m), Victoria St (500m), Smith Street (1km). Street parking with permit ( you can apply for permit)

For the practical points, the room is available from the 5th june 2025. We are looking for another person preferably late 20s early 40s. Rent is paid monthly and we split the bills evenly.

We are a friendly, respectful and laid back house. We occassionaly go to the pub for a meal or watch tv together but we also respect each others space.

We are looking for a working proffessional who is friendly, laid back and looking for a chill house.
